Professional Mentorship and Clinical Consultation for Therapists

Cultivate your clinical voice, expand your expertise, and build a sustainable practice.

Being a therapist or healthcare provider can be isolating work, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you are needing support with complex cases, seeking to specialize in gender-affirming care, or building the business side of your private practice, we offer clinical consultations in a collegial space to help you thrive. We move beyond basic case management to explore the nuances of the therapeutic relationship, countertransference, and the intersectional identities of your clients.

A Space for Authentic Clinical Consultation

Welcome to a space rooted in authenticity, connection, and liberation. While my supervision services are designed for those navigating licensure, my clinical consultation is a collaborative partnership for licensed peers.

I understand the importance of finding a professional home where you don't have to explain the basics of your identity or values. Whether you are looking for support with a particular case, guidance on navigating ethical dilemmas, or simply a space to reflect and recalibrate, I’m here to help. This is a space to align your professional growth with your core values.

Who Can Benefit from Our Consultation Services?

Our consultation services are designed for fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) and healthcare providers who are ready to deepen their clinical practice. You are likely a good fit if:

  • You are a private practice owner (or aspiring one) feeling the isolation of solo work and craving a consistent clinical community.

  • You want to move beyond "LGBTQ-friendly." You want to become truly affirming and competent in serving trans and non-binary clients, moving past basic terminology into nuanced clinical advocacy.

  • You value anti-oppressive practice. You are looking for a consultation space that acknowledges systemic power, privilege, and the intersectionality of identity—both yours and your client’s.

  • You are feeling "stuck." Whether it’s a specific complex case, a countertransference dynamic, or a business plateau, you need a fresh, experienced perspective to help you unblock and move forward.

Why Seek Peer Consultation for Therapists?

After many experiences with being supervised and supervising, I deeply believe it is vital to be supported in understanding the nuanced intersections of personal identity and professional practice.

Peer consultation for therapists moves beyond oversight into shared wisdom. Having a consultation partner who aligns with your values can support you in feeling both confident and competent. Together, we will explore how to develop your clinical voice, address countertransference, and build a practice that feels authentic to who you are.

Clinical Consultation Offerings

We have divided our consultation services into four key pillars to meet your specific needs.

LGBTQ+ Group Consultation:

A bi-weekly virtual clinical consultation group for queer and trans/gender expansive social workers, therapists, and professional counselors.

Find community and shared wisdom.

In addition to individual support, we offer Group Consultation for providers who are a part of the queer community specifically. These groups provide a cost-effective way to get support while learning from the diverse experiences of your colleagues. Groups typically meet bi-weekly and focus on peer case consult, community building, networking, exploring stuck points in the workplace, private practice development, and topic-specific training. Investment for the group starts at $30.

What to Expect from Group:

  • An affirming, open space for queer and trans providers to show up authentically

  • Case consultation and collective processing

  • Participant-guided discussions (each group includes space for topics members want to dive into)

  • Private practice conversations (marketing, taxes, credentialing, sustainability, etc.)

  • Grounded in anti-oppressive and liberatory practices

  • Space to engage with current events and shifts that impact our work, our clients, and us as providers (e.g., political changes, insurance updates, AI in mental health, and more)

  • Skill-building and shared learning (documentation support, modality sharing, clinical interventions etc)
